The hop lovers at St Peters’ Future Brewing are dropping another masterclass in modern IPAs with Golden Curse, a Triple Dry Hopped California IPA. Built on a ultra-lean, pale grain bill, this beauty gives maximum floor space to a heavy-handed dosage of Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron hops. It pours brilliantly clear with a pale golden hue and a persistent white head. Pop the tab and you're hit with an explosive, sun-drenched aroma of bright passionfruit, lush peach, and crushed white wine grapes. On the palate, a crisp, feather-light body carries layers of juicy tropical fruit and stone fruit sweetness before snaps of clean, resinous bitterness wash through. Intensely saturated yet brilliantly dry and crushable.
