Garage Project DFA – Chilli, Lime & Mango IPA

The DFA is a cult classic for a reason, and it is easily one of the most unique beers to ever come out of the Garage Project stables. Originally standing for "Democracy Fresh Ale" (before a cheeky name change), this is a truly adventurous IPA that pushes the boundaries of flavour. It is built on a solid malt base and heavily hopped, but the addition of mango, lime, and habanero chillies takes it into entirely new territory. The mango provides a lush sweetness that balances out a zesty citrus punch from the lime, while the habaneros offer a gentle, building warmth that tickles the palate without blowing your head off. It is tropical, spicy, and incredibly aromatic, proving that fruit and heat can work in perfect harmony when handled with this much skill. It is a legendary brew that definitely isn't for the faint of heart.
