Garage Project Favourite Things WC IPA Sgl

The hop lovers at Garage Project are celebrating the timeless art of the crisp, bitter brew with Favourite Things, a radiant West Coast IPA that hits every classic mark with modern precision. Pouring a crystal clear, deep golden amber with a dense, persistent white head, this pine driven release unleashes bright aromas of sticky spruce resin, fresh grapefruit zest, and dank herbal oils. On the palate, a clean, stripped-back pale malt base provides just enough subtle cracker note to support a massive payload of punchy American hops. Saturated flavours of bitter orange peel, crushed pine needles, and ripe tropical passionfruit wash over the tongue, driving straight into a firm, snap-dry, and unapologetically bitter finish that lingers long after the last drop. It’s an instant classic that easily earns a spot on our list of favourite things.
