Garage Project Fresno Nightcrawler Cali IPA Sgl

The legendary liquid eccentrics at Wellington’s Garage Project are hunting for the truth with Fresno Nightcrawler. Brewed as a hoppy homage to California's strangest cryptid—famously described by witnesses as a glowing pair of disembodied legs wandering the darkness—this Cali Cryptid IPA delivers a textbook West Coast style punch. It pours a beautifully clear, bright golden-amber with a tight, frothy white cap. On the nose, a heavy hitting hop payload of Chinook, Centennial, Mosaic, and Strata unleashes an expressive aromatic wave of sticky pine resin, pungent white grapefruit, and fresh blueberry, with just a cheeky hint of "jazz cabbage" dankness. The palate is light-to-medium bodied, incredibly clean, and beautifully crisp, driving forward with an assertively snappy back-palate bitterness. It is a wonderfully refreshing, dry-finishing masterpiece built for believers and skeptics alike.
