Garage Project Hati Black Rye IPA Sgl

The legend weavers at Garage Project complete the mythical chase alongside Skoll with Hati, a dark and formidable Black Rye IPA. Pouring a midnight black with a dense, mocha-coloured head, this brooding brew unleashes rich aromas of dark chocolate, freshly ground coffee beans, spicy rye grain, and dank pine resin. On the palate, a clever combination of dark, dehusked roasted malts and malted rye delivers a silky, full bodied mouthfeel packed with notes of cocoa nibs and rustic spice, avoiding any harsh, astringent roastiness. That deep malt depth is met with an aggressive salvo of resinous American hops, washing over the tongue with waves of bitter orange peel and sticky spruce. Finishing dry with a long, satisfying hop-and-roast bitterness, it’s a fierce, dark masterclass in balance.
