The legendary flavor visionaries at Wellington’s Garage Project are celebrating the absolute peak of the hop harvest with One Day in March. This incredibly vibrant Fresh Hopped Hazy Harvest IPA captures the pure, fleeting magic of the hop fields. Built around a juicy blend of Nelson Sauvin and Rakau hops picked on the very same day at Freestyle Hop Farm, half the harvest was rushed wet and straight from the field to the brewery to be plunged into the beer, while the rest was dried and added to the fermenter. It pours a beautifully dense, glowing, and completely opaque orange straw haze with a fluffy white crown. On the nose, it hits you with a massive aromatic payload of fresh-cut tropical fruit, resinous pine, and lush, pulpy citrus.
