Garage Project Skoll Blonde Rye IPA Sgl

The flavour obsessed crew at Garage Project draw inspiration from Norse mythology with Skoll, a brilliant Blonde Rye IPA built to chase down big flavours. Pouring a glowing, golden-straw hue with a creamy, white head, this unique release blends the spicy punch of rye malt with a massive dose of modern hops. The nose bursts open with intriguing aromas of white pepper, earthy pine, zesty lemongrass, and bright tropical citrus. On the palate, a crisp pale malt base spiked with malted rye provides a sleek, rustic grain structure with a distinct, snappy spice. Saturated waves of ripe stone fruit, pink grapefruit, and resinous hop oils sweep across the tongue, finishing dry, clean, and pleasantly bitter. It’s a fierce, wonderfully balanced twist on the classic IPA that demands another sip.
