Garage Project Toughie Sticker #2 Devil to Pay RIPA Sgl

The mad scientists at Garage Project are unleashing the heavy metal of hop-forward beers with Devil to Pay, part of their wild Toughie Sticker series. Pouring a striking, deep ruby-amber with a thick, cream-coloured head, this Red IPA erupts with intense aromas of sticky pine sap, dark marmalade, dank resin, and rich caramel malt. On the palate, a thick, chewy foundation of dark crystal malts delivers decadent notes of toasted biscuit, spicy rye, and dried fruit sweetness. That robust malt backbone is met head-on by a demonic wallop of resinous hops, unleashing massive waves of grapefruit peel, pine needles, and assertive, lingering bitterness. Bold, complex, and unapologetically fierce, it’s a dark, hop-drenched beast that proves when you deal with big flavour, there's always the devil to pay.
