Holy Goat Blood Witch Oud Bruin

Blood Witch takes inspiration from the historic Belgian style of Oud Bruin. Fermented in steel with a Brett-forward mixed culture, it incorporates rye, crystal, and roasted malts for unique caramel and treacle flavours. This blend was then refermented on 150g/l of Scottish strawberries. The result is a dark, complex sour with rich malt depth and a vibrant, jammy strawberry character that is truly unique.
