Lupulin Brewing MOAB Sgl

MOAB stands for the "Mother of All Barrels." This exceptional Dark Sour is a blend of seven of Lupulin's oldest barrels, aged for just over three and a half years. The base beer was fermented in stainless steel before a long secondary fermentation with Brett, Lacto, and Pedio in Cabernet wine barrels. The result is a deep, complex sour with notes of tart berry, oak, red wine tannin, and a wild funk that can only come from patience and time.
