The nomadic masterminds at Mikkeller have reunited with Wellington's hazy royalty at Garage Project to brew up a fresh batch of Windy Hill. Crafted locally using a legendary Danish recipe, this stunning New England style IPA is engineered to replicate the refreshing feeling of standing on a breezy hillside. It pours a beautifully matte, glowing golden straw color that is completely opaque with a fluffy white head. On the nose, it hits you with an expressive aromatic payload of sweet pineapple, ripe papaya, and a bright punch of lemongrass. The palate is wonderfully medium-to-full bodied and pillowy, utilizing local Gladfield malts and rolled oats to build a plush, velvety mouthfeel. Double dry hopped with a massive combination of Citra, El Dorado, and Nelson Sauvin, it finishes remarkably smooth with minimal bitterness.
