The high-country legends at Uralla’s New England Brewing Co. are taking things back to basics with Heavy Duty, a West Coast IPA built for hop purists. True to style, it pairs a traditional American IPA malt base with a subtle touch of Light Crystal malt to give a crisp, dry body that supports a serious hit of classic hops: Chinook, Columbus, and Centennial. Expect massive aromas of zesty grapefruit, crushed pine, and bright orange pulp bursting out of the tin. For the ultimate finishing touch, NEBCo blasted it with NZ Cascade Hop Oil to deliver an intense, aromatic "top note". Clean, resinous, and boasting a firm, satisfying bitterness, it’s an old-school Westy executed with precision.
