A slow, sunset-coloured pour made for after-hours sipping. Blues In The Shadows leads with soft peach and apricot, followed closely by sweet guava and mango. It all sinks into a thick, plush body given serious weight by the addition of banana. Sweet and sour with a gentle tart pull, this pulp sour is smoothed out with a dose of lactose to deliver a creamy, lingering finish that hangs around much longer than planned.
