One Drop Soul Plan – Cali IPA

Built with a sole plan to be light, snappy, and obtusely drinkable while still carrying a serious hop punch. Mashed with a touch of spelt for body and foam, it features a heavy-hitting hop bill of Nectaron, Citra, Krush Hyperboost, and Nelson Sauvin. Fermented with a lager strain for a clean finish, expect bursts of citrus, tropicals, and white grape on a bright, crisp, and fresh palate.
