One Drop Walk It Out - Pink Lamington Cream Smoothie Sour Sgl

The mad flavor scientists at One Drop are hitting the catwalk with Walk It Out, a Pink Lamington Cream Smoothie Sour Ale that turns a classic Aussie bakery icon into pure liquid luxury. The Botany crew has pulled out all the stops, layering a heavily fruited sour base with a serious addition of milk sugar and rich vanilla cream. It pours a dense, stunning pastel pink with a thick, frothy head. On the nose, it hits you with an immediate wave of sweet raspberry jam, toasted shredded coconut, and warm sponge cake. The palate is spectacularly thick and velvety, delivering a luscious, smoothie-like mouthfeel that perfectly captures the essence of a fresh lamington dipped in whipped cream. A crisp, beautifully integrated lactic tang cuts through the decadence just in time, finishing with a delightfully bright, refreshing snap.
