Built on a massive grist of over eight specialty malts, this Imperial Pastry Stout draws inspiration from ancient Mexican Xocolatl traditions, blending raw cacao, rich dark chocolate, and a delicate touch of spice. It pours an opaque, midnight black beneath a dense, mocha-colored head. On the nose, it releases a mysterious aromatic wave of roasted cocoa nibs, dark fudge, and subtle earthy spice.
