Proving that exceptional things take time, the Newstead crew took a deeply traditional approach to this Czech Pale Lager, giving it an epic 55-day tank time. Brewed with premium floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner and Czech Pilsen malts, it undergoes a long, cold fermentation to maximize its clean, elegant flavor profile. In the glass, it pours a brilliantly clear golden straw with a towering, fluffy white head. Expect a rich, complex nose of rustic, bready malt and cracker crumbs. On the palate, a beautiful balance of full-flavored malt sweetness is countered from start to finish by the distinctive, herbal snap of authentic Czech Saaz hops.
