This massive release acts as a complete, multi sensory tribute to the legendary Aussie hop variety, Galaxy. It pours a beautifully thick, completely opaque, glowing straw yellow juice bomb with a dense, frothy white crown. On the nose, it hits you with an incredibly intense, cosmic payload of sweet passionfruit pulp, ripe peach flesh, and a heavy squeeze of zesty pink grapefruit. The palate is ultra-plush, velvety smooth, and wonderfully full-bodied, layering thick, oily tropical hop notes over a soft, pillowy oat and wheat foundation. Balancing its immense fruit sweetness against a subtle, perfectly integrated hint of green hop bite, it glides toward a soft, mouth-coating finish.
