This DDH IPA has quickly become a brewery favourite. It pours a glowing orange with a thick, soupy haze and a decadent foam. Peacharine dominates the nose, while the palate delivers a punchy hop intensity from a blend of Simcoe, Sabro, Mosaic Cryo, and Peacharine. The texture is soft and creamy, delivering hits of peach schnapps and pineapple daiquiri, with red berries rolling in late before a final spritzy hit of citrus closes it out. The enveloping body hangs around for the long haul to keep you truckin'.
