They might have named this Westie "Less Is More," but that definitely doesn’t apply to the flavour or hop content. The name simply reflects the philosophy of a good, clean West Coast IPA: a light-coloured malt bill that ferments out crisp, dry, and lean. This sets the stage for Strata, Chinook, Citra, and Mosaic Cryo to shine. Expect blueberry dankness, strawberry, and fresh pine across the aroma and palate, supported by an assertive bitterness that builds through the sip. Dry on the backend and endlessly crushable.
