Modeled after the beautifully expressive Italian Pilsner style, this drop is all about elegant drinkability backed by a serious punch of European hops. It pours a brilliant, crystalline pale straw gold with a frothy, white pillowy crown. On the nose, it hits you with a highly expressive aromatic payload of wild summer meadows, spicy noble hops, and fresh cracker malt. The palate is beautifully light bodied, snappy, and exceptionally clean, layering delicate floral and herbal complexities over a bone-dry, refreshing grist.
