The crew at Seeker Brewing might call this one Rookie, but there’s nothing amateur about this Double Dry Hopped IPA. Pouring a vibrant, glowing straw hue with a plush white head, this hop drenched release leaps out of the tin with an energetic aromatic burst of crushed passionfruit, bright grapefruit zest, and sweet honeydew melon. On the palate, a silky, light-to-medium malt base sets up a lush wave of juicy stone fruit, ripe pineapple, and subtle resinous pine. Thanks to a generous double dry hop addition, the hop saturation is turned all the way up, leading into a crisp, ultra-clean, and delightfully refreshing finish with just the right amount of snappy bitterness. Fresh, bright, and dangerously easy to drink.
