Seeker x Garage Project Best Of Both Worlds – Hazy IPA

A meeting of minds between the Wollongong crew and the New Zealand heavyweights. Born from a late-night chat about how temperature affects hop expression, this brew is a masterclass in technique. The batch was split in two: one half dry-hopped warm (20°C) and the other cold (13°C) using Peacharine, Nelson Sauvin, and Galaxy, before being seamlessly recombined. The result is a full-spectrum showcase of the hops, delivering both bright, lifted aromatics and deep, saturated, juicy flavours. Literally the best of both worlds.
