On the nose, it hits you with a profoundly complex aromatic payload of deeply roasted malts, dark cocoa, and fresh espresso, beautifully cut by a sophisticated, balsamic like tartness. The palate is deep, intensely savory, and light bodied, layering dark bitter chocolate and smoky malt richness against a razor sharp, mouthwatering natural lactic acidity.
