Wildflower x Garage Project Flower Shoppe – Barrel-Aged Mixed Culture Ale

A monumental trans-Tasman collaboration featuring Wellington's legendary Garage Project. Brewed with organic grains and aged hops, this ale underwent a highly complex fermentation using both Wildflower’s native NSW house culture and the mixed culture pulled from GP’s ‘Chance, Luck and Magic’ spontaneous beer barrels. It was aged in oak for 1.5 years before being refermented on choice Tumbarumba Chardonnay for an additional 8 months. Finally, it was married with cherry stones to lend a beautifully nutty finish.
